Your responsibilities will include:

• Building expertise around the requirements for components of Document Generation.

• Helping to prepare feature roadmaps for your squad aligned to broader objectives and value

• Collaboration with architects, engineers, platform teams, and technology areas to help complete solution designs

• Collaboration with product owners and engineers to translate business requirements into workable technology outcomes

• Design and configure customer communication templates in document generation tool

• Working with internal technology, security, and risk partners to ensure our solutions are secure and well-managed

• Verifying and validating what s in production (especially after changes)

• Learn from your chapter peers and share what you know.

• Understand and document current and future states

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholder groups

• Coordinate UAT, BVT with business users

• 10 plus years experience in a experience in a technical role, e.g., System Analyst, Data Analyst, Technical Designer

• Experience in translating requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, technical concepts, and practices

• Validating requirements and priorities with squad s product owner to ensure delivery of value

• Experience working hands-on within cross-functional, continuous delivery software engineering teams

• Familiarity with data modelling, sequence diagrams, event driven architectures and complex integration requirements

• An enthusiastic can-do attitude, and willingness to help the squad to deliver

• A working understanding of agile delivery techniques (user story mapping, acceptance criteria, and agile rituals)

• Experience in JIRA, Confluence, Plant UML

• Experience with Cloud Technologies and concepts such as Cloud Platforms mainly AWS, GCP

• Experience in analysing on premise systems the migration to Cloud platform by working with stakeholders from Business, Technology teams

• Experience in designing, building, and configuring templates using document generation

• Able to interpret interface documents, API and able to perform data mapping.

• Strong knowledge of designing and building templates using document generation tools such as xPression, SmartComm or Thunderhead.

• Strong knowledge of APIs, Soap web service, XML, JSON and Micro services.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools is a plus.
