Consultant
Role – PowerBi Developer Experience: 5 to 8 Years Primary Skills: PowerBi, SQL
Must Have
- 5+ years of PowerBi Dashboard development
- Design and develop metrics, scorecards, and dashboards by gathering various HR data subjects and transforming it into stories/insights that drive recommendations and decision-making.
- SQL knowledge to be able to work with raw and transformed data
- Data investigation and exploratory data analysis to simplify and improve product development and business processes
- Partner with Data Engineers to ensure requirements are communicated accurately and timely.
- Able to deliver with limited supervision
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Documentation of the content developed
Good to Have
- Experience developing HCM/People Analytic
Job Requirement
PowerBi (5+ yrs. relevant experience) , SQL , Strong in Data warehousing and Data modelling ETL (Alteryx, talend), Other BI tools (Qliksense and Power BI etc.), AWS console- Good to have
