1. Co-ordinate with various stakeholders to understand the business need and workout for solution as a key player around entire SDLC.

2. Understanding, documenting, finalizing BRDs, FSDs, etc while working with various business stakeholders for meeting exact business needs.

3. Preparing, publishing, tracking, managing – project plans, project progresses, timelines, system performances etc to designated authority/team on periodic/adhoc basis.

4. Ensuring quality of any project deliveries as per business needs: Preparation of detailed test scenarios, devise road map for its execution and conduct verification, Reporting defects to designated team and tracking it until closure.

5. Post project implementation monitoring: Users query/concerns resolution and provide support for live systems.

6. Liaise with multiple stakeholders as per the need viz. IT, Product, Digital, Policy, Analytics , Legal, Compliance, Credit, Sales, Ops etc.

7. Prior knowledge of Lead and Loan application processing will be added advantage.
