Sr AI Solutions Engineer
This highly-challenging role sits within AVEVA’s AI group. Based in India, reporting to a manager in the US, it will support the global efforts of the AI Center of Excellence, the AI group, and the other Business Units of the company in development, refining, and sales of AVEVA’s AI-infused product suite. You’ll work with customers to develop solutions and perform assessments and identify and analyze efficiency problems, provide training to customers and partners/integrators on best practice AI approaches, and actively provide input to the client’s product development group in order to continuously enhance the product suite. You’ll also support the Global Technical Sales Teams and Business teams in the solution engineering process.Significant experience operating and optimizing performance of industrial facilities. Proactive approach to problem solving and excellent analytical skills Proficiency with performance optimization for industrial facilities Experience modelling with performance software packages such as EtaPro, PMAX, PADO, or GateCycle Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance practices (including software packages such as PRiSM or SmartSignal) Experience providing engineering expertise in the application, operation, inspection and maintenance of plant systems and rotating equipment normally associated with industrial facilities Experience analyzing data with real-time data historians such as eDNA or OSI PI Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems a plus Proficient in the use of computers and PC software Good leadership and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel (up to 50%) BS degree in Engineering or the equivalent
