Enterprise Applications Analyst
My client is seeking an Enterprise Applications Analyst to join our Information Technology team. This role will work closely with the Enterprise Applications & Development Manager and members of our information technology team.
The Applications Analyst’s duties are focused on the following categories:
• Maintain the day to day operations of assigned systems both on-premise and SaaS
• Perform system maintenance when applicable in accordance with established schedules and best practices
• Monitor, secure, identify, audit and qualify system patches/updates for consideration
• Install, update, and maintain supported systems as necessary
• Contribute written material consistent with IT documentation standards
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, business process owners and third-party consultants to identify, configure and implement new workflows and capabilities within application platforms including Microsoft 365 and other Cloud platforms.
• Establish appropriate software configurations to ensure SaaS and on-prem solutions meet the firm’s stringent security, records management, data privacy, and data residency requirements.
• Provide guidance to other engineers and the Service Desk team on applications and work closely with the Technology Training Team to develop user level training.
• Implementation and maintenance of integrations between applications both on-premise and SaaS via APIs and other techniques.
• Design and develop forms, data structures/databases and workflows in various systems for business solutions and integrations.
• Handle tier-2/3 escalations from Service Desk in a timely manner
• Perform administrative tasks such as managing user accounts and licensing via interfaces such as the Office 365 Admin Center and Windows PowerShell.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related area from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
Experience with a reasonable subset of the following is required:
Expertise with the Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Apps, One Drive, Azure AD, Data Analysis, Modeling business processes, Scripting technologies (PowerShell, Javsacript, etc.), Basic HTML/CSS, Active Directory, SCCM, REST/SOAP APIs, SSMS/SSAS/SSIS/SSRS and ETL Processing
Salary Range – $100,000 – $120,000
