Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business BRD, FRD from both formal and informal sessions and validate the needs of the business stakeholders.
• Develop User Stories, Use case Documents (USD), Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Functional Requirement Document (FRD).
• Involve in GAP analysis around the identification of business rules, business and system process flows, user administration, requirements and assumptions.
• Actively participate in JAD sessions for overcoming project issues relating to data processing, user interface, and downstream system interactions.
• Participate in the Sprint planning, and Sprint Review meetings to review sprint goals and weekly progress to take appropriate action to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Management, Science, Information Technology or any related degree.
• Excellent understanding of Business Requirement gathering, Business Analysis, Business Process Modelling.
• Proficient in all phases of the Adept with different software development methods (SDLC) like Waterfall and Agile.
• Knowledge of Creating document business processes and functional requirement document (FRD) or business requirement Document (BRD) UML Diagrams and Use Case Specification.
