Under direction of manager, responsive for day to day support activities and all aspects of assigned projects. As required denies scope and objectives conducts or participates in projects and tactical meetings and is responsible for issue tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews deliverables with customers. Assists with integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to assigned teams or staff. Transitions newly implemented projects to operational support teams as required. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems, Provides on-call support and participates in Services Center activities as required. Broward Health is focused on leveraging their clinical, financial, and operational data to help support and balance patient care goals with cost containment and financial outcomes. Enterprise business intelligence (EBI) and enterprise data warehousing (EDW) capabilities are key drivers that empower these objectives.

Bachelor’s degree obtained through a formal 4-year program. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or related field. Master’s preferred
