- Gathering requirements from stakeholders
- Creating dashboards in Power BI around the user journey of the software
- Looking at customer engagement within the software
- Creating business unit-level dashboards for the wider business.
- Communicating these findings to non-specialist stakeholders.

- Strong SQL knowledge, T-SQL Programming using SQL Server
- Strong experience with Power BI Services and Desktop
