JOB DESCRIPTION :
POSITION : Business Analyst & Testing Manager
DESIGNATION : Senior Manager / Chief Manager
POSITION GRADE : L4 / L5
DEPARTMENT : Digital Business Unit
REPORTING POSITION : L6
WORK LOCATION : Goregaon (East), Mumbai. Corporate office
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Weightage :
Business Analyst :
– Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas of improvement, and developing and implementing solution
– Performing requirement analysis
– Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
– Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
– Ensuring solutions meet business need and requirements
– Communicates changes, enhancements and modifications of business requirement to project managers so that issues and solutions and understood
Test Manager :
– Manage a team of testers, train and guide them in test best practices for the success of project
– Defining the scope of testing within the context of each project with the help of cross functional teams
– Coordinating with development team for quick closure of the bug reported
– Oversee test activities as assigned and ensure thorough understanding of how to optimize test activities across projects in order to achieve optimum use of test resources
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS :
Qualification : B.E. + MBA (Preferable)
– Work experience in years : 5 years + in business analysis or a related field
Skills / experience required :
– Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
– Excellent documentation skills
– Competency in Microsoft application including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
– Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
– Test status reporting at both the detailed and management level
