Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
Skills Required :
– 5 plus years of experience in Business Analyst role and minimum two years of experience in RPA BA.
– Experience in RPA tools like Blue Prism or Ui Path or Automation anywhere required for this position.
– Exposure in handling middle east clients will be an added advantage.
– Preferred to have experience in handling a small team.
– Excellent communication skills required for this role.
– Should be ready to travel.
– Work closely with the development group to evaluate existing product modules and provide development estimates for new functionality.
– Participate in product demonstrations work closely with Product Management, Support, Professional Services and the Product Development groups.
– A natural ability to understand and interpret non-technical customer requirements into very technical engineering specifications.
– Business support to delivery teams throughout the entire software implementation process and after.
– Up skilling the team on market trends.
