6+ years of experience in Business Analysis in Digital Transformation Projects.
– Must have Banking exp in- Retail Banking/ Wholesale Banking/ Wealth Management/ Global Trade & Receivables Finance.
– Should have hands on experience in – Digital Transformation/ Intelligent Automation (RPA/ AI/ ML)/ Process Excellence/ Change Management
– Should have experience of working in Agile methodologies using SCRUM framework.
– Certified and Proficient in JIRA
– Expertise in creating Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Product/Process Backlog
– Hands on experience in BA documentation, BRD, SRS, FRD, test case documentation and use case documentation
– Should have experience in identifying root cause analysis, impact analysis, gap analysis, requirements reengineering and define problem and solution statements
– Experience of working in E2E SDLC (Pre-discovery, Discovery, Business case, Process Artefacts, UX/wireframe, Process Assessment, As Is and To Be design, UAT stakeholder management, User Manual/Training documents)
– Should have carried out digital transformation projects (e.g. effort reduction, improved turnaround time, reduced errors, etc.)
– Should have experience in Digital technologies (e.g. RPA, AI/ML, APIs, Micro services)
– Expertise in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Projects, Advanced Excel, Minitab, Visio, SQL, Power BI, Tableau.
– Business Process Improvement (BPI), Business Modelling and Process Excellence (Six Sigma certification is plus but not mandatory)
– IIBA-ECBA, CCBA, CBAP and CSM, PSM, CSPO certifications are added advantage
– Must have experience of working with Global Banks.
