Job Location: Panchkula
Job Responsibility:
l Gathering, organizing, and evaluating user requirements
l Communications with internal and external stakeholders
l Conducting user training on new enhancements
l Take user feedback to understand current practices and determine possible areas for improvement.
l Implementation of the new enhancements for new sites
l Supporting the technical team and O&M Team on testing and implementation of new enhancements
l Troubleshooting for issue resolution
l Performing technical tasks such as creating business requirements documents, user /training manuals and guides, and requirements traceability matrices.
l Delivering written and verbal presentations on need basis to communicate key findings and updates on business process adjustments.
l Periodically reviewing the progress of any recommended and implemented changes to see if theyre still on track, and repeating the above steps as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
l Will be responsible for the implementation of e-Upchaar modules and associated application
l Any other responsibilities assigned by the manager within the scope of Project.
– Must have worked with a HMIS product company, as Domain Consulting
– Deep expertise on HMIS-EHR/EMR product, during product development
– Good knowledge in Health Informatics
Hands on experience on any Health /Hospital Management system or Healthcare IT Product support or implementation experience
