Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization’s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

The role of the Business Systems Analyst will be to serve as the point of contact for questions and issues from internal business partners related to recruiting applications and tools. Will be responsible for analyzing inquiries, performing root cause analysis, and act as a liaison between Implementation teams and the Business. Other responsibilities will include

Qualifications :

• BA/BS preferably in Business Administration or Operations

• Minimum of four years of professional work experience working as an analyst

• Proficient at analyzing and managing data in Excel and presentations

• Experience writing and running reports to query data

• Solid problem solving and decision making skills

• Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours during peak periods

• Ability to work independently and learn by trial and error

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Familiarity with Oracle Applications is a plus
