Skills Required :
- Proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge of MS Access is an added advantage
- Proficiency in using formulas in MS Excel
- Creating Dashboards
Roles & Responsibilities:

Organization:
- Work directly with the Production team and collecting the data required for the project reporting
- Maintain the flow of production
- Liaise directly with Artist and effectively manage Project Related Information
- Keep track of Project related Communication and Feedback
Coordination:
- Monitoring and controlling progress, issues and preparing reports if needed related to the Projects
- Getting the raw data for the man-hour inputs from the artists
MIS- Reporting:
- Responsible for ensuring that projects related information are updated on the Project Tracker
- Keep a track of Planned vs Actual (Resource Utilization) on a daily basis
- Prepare the first draft of the Project Completion Report (Data)
- Preparing Dashboards for various kind of management information
Note : Must have experience in creating Dashboard on MS Excel.
