Job Location: Noida, Delhi / NCR
The role will be responsible for:
- Understanding Royalties sales data, Royalty Calculations & Royalty Product.
- Analysing complex data using software such as Excel or other such tool.
- Utilise data to analysis trends and identify enhancement opportunities to process, data quality and systems.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Working as part of a cross functional team made up of around 60-65 colleagues
- The role will report within the Global Rights & Royalties Program Management Office and be based in Noida.
Key Challenges:
- Initial sharp learning curve to gain a comfort level with Rights & Royalties jargon, procedures & complexities.
- Working in a matrix and virtual environment.
- Working with a number of stakeholders: externally, internally, and internationally.
- Working as part of a global team and thinking globally.
- Working with a global customer base and distinct cultures.
- Reviewing requirements, raising queries, interacting with Teams to understand the business process
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree, preferably in computer science, business management, or economics
- 2+ years of experience as an analyst or similar roles
- Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, Smartsheet etc.
- Ability to work in a team
- Adept at queries, drafting reports, and making presentations
- Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, VBA, R and Python is desirable
- Ability to both see the big picture, and pay attention to detail
- Strong Problem-solving skills
- Proactive Thinking approach
