Role Description
Our FP&A Analysts provide analysis and financial modeling to support and enhance performance across Avance Care. They conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify opportunities for improvement while also assisting in budget and forecast creation and implementation.
Core Responsibilities
- Take lead in financial projects to improve processes and communication including but not limited to, automation or database set
- Business partner with cross functional teams for process improvements and analysis
- Conduct analysis of historical trends across business units, locations, providers, and other metrics
- Build models to evaluate current performance and project future scenarios
- Support operational analytics by enabling tracking of key workflows
- Accomplishes all tasks as assigned or as they become necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or its international equivalent in Accounting or Finance, required
- 2 – 3 Years of related experience, required
Necessary Skills and Abilities
- Must be proficient in Excel and experienced in data analysis
- Should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to pay attention to detail, multitask and work independently
- Previous experience with NetSuite and/or NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (PBCS) is preferred
- Experience with Power BI, UKG or EMR systems are a plus
