Position: SalesForce Architect/ Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 9 Months Contract + extension
Provides architectural oversight of Salesforce platform activities in the areas of both Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud to ensure best practice application and data model designs are incorporated appropriately against user requirements and ensure for platform scalability, and performance. Stays abreast of industry standards, market forces and emerging Salesforce technologies to understand their impact and how they can be best leveraged within the Kite organization. Provides solutions to the business, leveraging their technical expertise, a broad understanding of the current and future technology architectures, and an awareness of Kite’s key strategies and objectives. Leads the evaluation of new Salesforce compatible technologies. Proposes technology investments supported by a thorough technical analysis, proof of concept, and business case. Contributes to strategic technology planning, including proposed cost implications. Able to anticipate business needs to effectively plan for the future. Provides technical guidance, training, direction and reviews the work of development teams ensuring designs and standards are being followed.
