Job Title – DevSci Business Analyst (Pre-Clinical domain)
Location – South San Francisco, CA (ONSITE)
Development Sciences is looking for a talented individual with experience in business analysis and requirements management with a deep appreciation for software development life cycles in pre-clinical environments. These individuals would participate in business workshops and would be driving the elaboration of business requirements to software specifications and work across multiple domains & stakeholders’ ecosystem.
Description:
• Partner closely with scientists and other informaticians to envision solutions
• Ability to understand pre-clinical domain
• Experience in conducting workshops, requirements gathering, and documenting functional specifications for system development
• Work with software development teams to explain the business requirements.
• Coordinate and Support UAT
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology with computer science, or good technology development background.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a business systems analyst.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly analytical mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, VISIO
