Job Description
As a Business Data Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the ATPCO Product team. The Business Data Analyst will help shape the future roadmap of ATPCO products to be built or enhanced. You will work alongside Product Managers, Engineering Managers and developers to help analyze data and collect insights to inform the product vision and strategy for the future.
You will:
Interpret and analyze data to uncover trends and insights
Help deliver product evolution through user driven feature experiments, hypothesis testing, and prototyping
Help develop and implement business solutions within the assigned products
Interact with customers and stakeholders to provide feedback on product features built by engineering teams to validate that the expected outcomes were met
Identify new areas of product research and development and perform necessary analysis and evaluation of alternatives
Create documentation which may include reference manuals, data application, user guides and record layouts
Participate in determining market fit and feasibility of building the product
The Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience with analyzing large data sets and an intermediate to high level of proficiency with excel
Has the ability to analyze business problems, work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and present data in a clear and concise manner
Must be curious and driven to explore
self-motivated to work independently to analyze data but also enjoy working as part of a dynamic team
Able to prioritize work from multiple workstreams
Must be detail oriented
Will become a knowledge expert in the product(s) they support
Experience with SQL, Tableau is a plus
Familiarity with operations in the travel ecosystem is a plus
