Technically:
Heavy balance of communication and good communication/ critical thinking but also heavy SQL.
SQL / ETL bend no good
SSIS
Microsoft old school coder no good
More code based skillset w new tech stacks
Not a full life cycle coding project mehdzlutt
Liaison between tech and business units
Translating source a to source b
Laying out data structure
Strong preference for :
Query writing for triage / emergent situations and problems.
Fixing business problems that were identified from the operations team.
1) Snowflake is a huge plus bc 80 percent of the tables are housed in that repository
Other 20 percent is Terradata
Heavy usage of SSIS
Built in libraries
MS Access
Planning for a data migration
Rankings :
· Snowflake
· Oracle
· SAS experience
· Business experience w Loans and FSG
Writing queries
Debugged queries
3 groups :
· QC team 20 DA’s
· Execution / restitution group 30 DA’s
· Tools and reporting group (data from service now) 5 DA’s
