Moichor delivers computer vision and data solutions to solve challenges in microscopy for veterinary diagnostics. We are looking for a CV / ML Engineer to facilitate the development and bring up of Computer Vision methodologies from the research lab to production.
Responsibilities
Partner with CV Scientist to
- Develop, optimize, and implement Computer Vision Models for different microscopy modalities on a modern technology stack to power Moichor AI.
- Research, develop, and test computer vision components necessary for product roadmap
- Engineer solutions for automating routine data tasks
Independent work
- Carry out routine training/validation tasks and provide reports to the Research CV scientist and the CTO
- Deploy and monitor CV models in production
- Design and implement algorithms as needed for the development of the overall Moichor ML infrastructure
Qualifications
Professional requirements
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science/Engineering specializing in Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. Other educational qualifications are acceptable based on well-documented success in recent employment.
- Expertise in python programming language and frameworks
- Expertise in implementing solutions with PyTorch and PyTorch Vision
- Working knowledge of Relational Database
Nice to have
- Knowledge of CUDA
- Familiarity with Detectron
- Experience or Familiarity with AWS Lambda
