RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking a Business Process Analyst III.
Responsibilities:
- In this role, the Business Process Analyst will provide operations and process oversight for the Know Your Customer (KYC) process
- Research and analysis of cases
- Perform QC function to ensure adherence to the process
- Review and assess the existing process
- The Business Process Analyst will enhance and/or modify existing process by addition of controls to ensure quality and consistency in results
- Document and communicate process creations and/or revisions
- Consolidate status gathered from various teams
- Facilitate weekly working sessions
- As a Business Process Analyst, you will create detailed meeting notes
REQUIREMENTS:
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel, Access and/or basic SQL query skills
- Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned
- Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
Proficiency in at least 3 of the following disciplines:
- Business analysis
- Data analysis
- Process analysis
- Technical writing
- Process management
- Project management
