Work Location: Bangalore / Noida / Hyderabad (But can look for people who are currently working in Bangalore / NCR Locations/Hyderabad).

Job Description:

Test & Certify any new hardware/software/feature for deployment in Lumen IP & VoIP networks

-Operational readiness for data and VOIP network certification for product and technology solutions,

-Operational handoff to Operations

-Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills

-Generate test setups, create & execute test cases, report test execution status for any new hardware/software/feature testing of switches & routers

-Take end to end responsibility of the assigned testing and plan & execute it in accordance with the test schedule

-Provide recommendations to Operations team based on test results

-Learn new technologies, protocols, tools or frameworks and apply them in day to day activities

-Communicate with the vendors to resolve and issues/bugs

-Communicate with the Onsite / Operations / Architecture / IT teams or any other stakeholders

-Actively participate in the project planning with the Lead/Manager

-Follow all project related processes and guidelines

-Perform test automation using Spirent iTest or scripting

-Mentor other team members/new hires in the team

-Provide inputs on quality improvement, cycle time reduction, process improvements etc.
