• Key Accountabilities:

• Drive clarification of complex and analytical requirements from a technical solution design perspective and delivers effort estimates for those solutions.

• Leverage Knowledge artifacts, Senior Stake holder support in ensuring appropriate solution delivery.

• Create/Modify Functional Specifications from a technical design perspective.

• Develops design/solution development for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.

• Participate in blueprint and design sessions, review options and provide recommendations while communicating the benefits, risks, and constraints to both the business and IT stakeholders.

• Work closely with Design Team and Application Delivery Leads to ensure new capabilities and new business requirements are understood and implemented in new work items.

• Assist in the resolution of Production issues in meetings with Support Organization.

• Perform Prototyping in support of requirements definition or technical design questions. Produce and decipher complex technical use cases, user stories, process flows, diagraming, data analysis, data mapping, interfaces, reporting and testing activities on web and hosted technologies.

Academic Qualification:

• B. Tech Computer Science, MS/M.Sc. (Science) in Computers, MCA in Computers, MBA/PGDM in Information Technology

Skillset Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in requirement gathering and business analysis.

• Experience in defining Functional requirements using BRD (Business Requirements Document), FSD (Functional Specification Document) supported by Use Cases, User Stories, GUI, Interactive Wireframes, Prototypes, Flow Diagram, Screen and Interface designs, Experience in estimation and business analysis using FPA (Function Point Analysis) Work-breakdown structure (WBS).

• Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Confluence and Jira Agile delivery tools.

Good to have certification in Business Analysis and have strong experience writing user stories from product designs.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹313,827.00₹1,325,308.00 per year
