- Calling Insurance Company on behalf of Doctors / Physicians for claim status.
- Follow up with the Insurance Company to check the status of outstanding claims.
- Receive payment information if the claims have been processed.
- Analyze claims in case of rejections.
- Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards.
