Job Description :
– Extensive knowledge in solution architecture involving enterprise systems. Should be capable of defining the architecture to meet the solution requirement
– Should be capable of picking up new technology areas, doing quick POC to prove the feasibility of the proposed solution
– Hands on experience of voice conversation apps platform – Alexa skill Kit, DialogFlow, MSBot Framework
– Hands on experience of NLP engine and conversation design, training and testing for conversational apps
– Guiding team converting the solution architecture into development.
– Hands on experience involving the latest technology stack like Design using microservices, RESTful API, Web Socket, JSON, XML, SQL, NoSQL, Web API, Windows Communication Foundation, WPF
– Should have a clear understanding of applying OOPs concepts, design principles and multi-tier scalable architecture, performance parameters, caching, clustering, App server, Token-based Authentication
– Contribute to pre-sales activity for solution design, estimation and defending the solution architecture
– Have worked in Agile environment, understands Scrum principles and development lifecycle including design, development, unit testing, coding standards, build automation
– Well versed with large scale development projects, AZURE cloud technology, NLP and cognitive services, Docker Container
– Excellent written and oral communication skills to work with the engineering team to understand the existing bot framework, architecture, design principles and use it for future development
– Understand the social media messaging platforms like:- Facebook, Slack, WeChat, Kik for integration with other systems
– Nice to have an understanding of Chatbot and various components of Chatbot. Working knowledge of any Chatbot framework is a plus, Basic knowledge of Machine Learning techniques
