Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, architect, develop and implement end to end UiPath or PowerAutomate solutions for a variety of business tasks

Train other members of the development team on UiPath/PowerAutomate best practices and provide guidance, as needed
Prepare solution design documents and develop framework for automating scripting-based processes
Create reusable workflows and library components to reduce the development time and increase maintainability
Perform all necessary end-to-end configuration, upgrades, and maintenance on all UiPath/PowerAutomate environments
Report status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis
Proactively identify issues and bugs and provide solutions to mitigate and resolve these issues
Maintain code quality and document all required artifacts
Interact with high level client team and executives
Identify and research new trends and tools

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Lead and review the teams work across all phases (plan, analyze, design, build and test)
Direct efforts to define technical, operational and user requirements
Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions and lead efforts to develop and implement client-approved solution
Take responsibility for project activities including work estimation, planning, stakeholder management and project quality
Ensure that offshore resources are leveraged appropriately
Own partnership with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, beneficial client interaction and solution

Desired Candidate Profile

Five (5) or more years of RPA and UiPath development, required

Hands-on work-related experience in designing, delivering and managing automation solutions
Management of a team of up to 10 or multiple teams of people
Experience with software development
Experience with database programming (SQL)
