Knowledge/Experience:
– At least 5-8 years- experience as Business Analyst with any Investment/ Global Bank in Foreign Exchange, Trade Processing, Risk Management areas
– Should understand full front to back workflow for minimum of two asset classes (FX/FI/MM/Derivatives) viz., deal capture, deal execution, risk management, confirmations, accounting, settlements etc.
– Familiarity with SDLC and Agile development methodologies Knowledge of FX Options, Bonds, Rates is a plus

– Strong analysis skills: ability to create business analysis from scratch, ability to troubleshoot data quality issues.

– Proven experience working either in a FX/MM Middle Office line role or delivering change for a FX/MM Middle Office.
– Communicating with and gathering requirements directly from the Front Office.
– Planning and management of trade/risk migrations.
– Using/delivering change to FX/ MM Trading Systems.
– Setting up new FX/ MM products / getting product approval.
– Experience interacting with industry platforms such as DealHub, LoanIQ
– Understanding of the front to back flow for FX/ MM trades.
Useful experience
– Understanding of contractual requirements for FX/ MM products
– Experience of XFOS, NFOS systems
