Responsibilities
- Create new and modify existing hyperfinds
- Analyze daily person import data with existing hyperfinds to determine edits needed (additions, deletions) and take appropriate action
- Analyze data from a number of outside sources/reports with existing hyperfinds to reconcile assignments and true up administrative settings within the WFD application
- Educate staff making requests related to data, access and system setups about the rules, compliance, processes, allowances, and requirements
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues with compliance to the unit and management and follow up to make certain issues identified for non-compliance or risk potential are resolved
- Analyze daily person import data with existing delegation listings to determine edits needed (additions, deletions) and take appropriate action
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or working in a data support role
- Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization
- Strong Excel and/or SQL skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools
- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to use logic and critical thinking in problem solving, including the ability to look at a problem using a “big picture” approach and consider multiple options
- Must be willing and able to accept constructive criticism and handle conflicts
- Must have the ability to prioritize and work in a rapidly changing, fast growth environment
- Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment
- Previous Kronos Dimensions experience strongly preferred
