Description: Sutherland is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented person to join us as Reporting Analyst. SmartLeap team is deploying multiple toolsets for Sutherland’s Software as a Service (Saas) clients. We need a reporting analyst who can co-ordinate and deliver the reports on time with quality. The resource will act as the main point of contact for the programs & will be responsible for delivery of reports on-time. Responsibilities: – Would be required to gather input data and analyze information – Prepare reports – Design data management and reporting tools – Co-ordinate with business teams and leaders – Collaborate with business teams and leadership – Would need to coordinate with internal resources & cross functional teams.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you must: – Good educational background & experience in reporting related to ITeS space. – Good client facing & internal communications skills – Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Problem solving skills Interpersonal Skills: – Ability to understand the requirement – Ability to stay focused on critical deliverable while handling multiple complex projects – Effectively prioritize multiple activities and follow up to closure with minimum supervision
