Job Description:

This position works with call center applications as systems analyst. This is a hybrid role in Miami, Florida.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Grad / GED
• Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
• Experience: 1-3 years desired

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Jira
• SAFe certification
