This position is more pharmacy plan operations focused

Pay rate is based on where you are living

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Analyzes business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
• Determines specific business application software requirements to address specific business needs.
• Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
• Acts as liaison with users of the software to address questions/issues.
• Requires a BS/BA degree, 3-5 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent experience
• Pharmacy benefits knowledge is required

This manager leads a team of pharmacy plan build auditors. An auditor should have a solid pharmacy benefit background. A great fit would be a pharmacy benefit coder from another PBM, e.g., CVS (not the retail pharmacy, but in benefit operations, ESI/Cigna, Humana, United etc. This position is more pharmacy plan operations focused. (There is no IT coding or reporting involved.)
