Roles and Re
- Experience as Data Analyst with Insurance experience.
- Responsible for the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple departments
- Creation of Dashboards, Analytical Reports including Business Reports such as Premium Statements, Commissions Statements, Reconciliation. Reports based on Department, LoB, Period, Business Unit etc.
- Defining business requirements, Epics/ User Stories and playback to stakeholders
- Defining Functional Test Scenarios & Test Cases
- Conducting Functional Testing
- Understanding Stakeholder requirements and converting to technical requirements for developers
- Designing requirements according to database principles, including Master, Reference, and Transactional datasets
- Database reviews for data quality and field to field mapping specifications
- Insurance domain knowledge and experience in insurance domain, preferably Brokerage, including New Business, Placement, Policy Servicing, Billing and Claims Managements
- Strong querying skills, including power BI, Excel, and other database and transactional dataset types
- Experience of working on projects in the area of Reporting & Analytics
- Experience of working on any Reporting Tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Worked in any Finance Integrated software application
- Basic MS SQL knowledge is preferable
- Experience of working in Agile projects
- Business Analysis with at least 5 Years of Reporting & Analytics in Insurance Functions such as Policy, Billing, Accounting, Commission Reconciliation etc..sponsibilities
