Job Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram
– Design, develop, and deploy data-driven analytical solutions to solve business problems using the latest and most appropriate technologies in machine learning, statistical modelling, business intelligence and/ or Operations Research.
– Own and execute distinct work streams within larger analytics engagement.
– Manage projects and be involved in providing solutions to clients.
– Prepare for communication with internal and external clients; engage and obtain briefs from them.
– Provide insights and recommendations.
– Document your & team’s work and deploy review mechanisms to track progress and to identify challenges.
– Appropriate allocation of responsibilities amongst team and complete all deliverable as per the desired quality.
– Support key strategic and firm-level initiatives like performance reviews, recruitment and knowledge development.
Key Skills :
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Hands-on experience in Python/ SQL/ Databricks/ Hadoop/ Spark/cloud technologies.
– Experience in managing data science or ETL/BI projects
– Industry experience : Insurance, Healthcare – from provider or payer side.
