Roles and Responsibilities –
- Effectively negotiate with business and IT stakeholders to prioritize work to be delivered in sprints
- Person must be a team player with problem solving attitude.
- Engage with the business to understand their requirements, perform analysis and convert to project scope.
- Liaise with teams consisting of cross-functional local and remote subject matter expert groups.
- Create Training Material and Conduct End User Training.
- Manage IT risks and issues and communicate them to ensure alignment and achieve project goals.
- Ensure that project delivery standards are met through the effective implementation or use of approved processes, methodologies and deliverables.
- Track and report project milestones and provide status reports to project sponsors.
Desired Candidate Profile –
(Mandatory)
- 2 – 4 years relevant experience in a product/Software development environment.
- Experience across the systems development life cycle with experience in all project phases – plan, initiate, elaborate, design, build, test, implement.
- Proven record of analyzing processes & workflows, assessing their efficacy, relating to business plans & goals and suggesting re-engineering / simplification solutions.
- Indepth understanding of system integration, functional and non functional requirements.
- Ability to work and prioritize independently and able to manage aggressive deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration preferred.
- Flexible to work in different time zones depending upon project requirements.
- Creating Business, Process, system flow diagram and UI mockups
- Write Functional Specifications for IT development and support User Acceptance Testing as needed.
- Knowledge of Jira and UI tools.
- Efficient in creating BRD’s, impact/risk analysis and Agile-Scrum product development
