• Analyze LC/MS data and prepare reports.
• Write code in R or Python for specific data analysis requirements.
• Apply statistical data analysis and machine learning tools.
• Testing of code.

Desired Candidate Profile

• M.Sc. in Bioinformatics or equivalent with demonstrated experience in analysing big bio data.
• Experience with R, Python and Biopython
• Familiarity with machine learning tools and concepts.
• Experience: 0-4 years after M.Sc.
