Job Description:

• Power BI and Azure Analysis Services Devops will be responsible for creating Power BI report
• The Devops candidate will need to:
• Be able to understand data relationships and translate to models in Azure Analysis Service
• Analyze and build new reports in Power BI.
• Benchmark performance
• Automate deployment
• Build real time/batch data ingestion from multiple sources using Azure Data Factory / Java spring boot / Databricks-Spark
• Analyze and build new reports in Power BI.
• Be able to work with various data sources
• Analyze and benchmark reporting performance
• Deploy to various non-prod and prod environments
• Migrate to Azure / Work with Azure services
• Work with existing data extraction methods to feed reporting platform
• Work on POC to prove out any technologies

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks across multiple projects with tight deadlines and aggressive goals.
• Ability to understand complex issues and clearly articulate complex ideas.
• Build and deploy BI Solutions
• Good understanding of Data Ingestion techniques using Azure Data Factory, SSIS or similar technologies
• Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI)
• Create tools to store data (e.g. OLAP cubes)
• Conduct unit testing and quality test across BI development activities
• Evaluate and improve existing BI systems
• Create Visualizations and reports for requested projects
• Develop and update technical documentation
• Communicate Data collection Issues or Report Disruptions to Business Partners
