• Tracking and Monitoring of the Delivery Plan updates based on inputs from Delivery Manager.
• Ensuring Product Tooling like RTC and T-Focus are updated by liaising with all the required stakeholders.
• Provide periodical Headcount Role allocation changes to PMO.
• Provide administrative support to DMs to ensure the BU tracker is up to date.
• Provide Calendar of Commitment (CoC) updates to Product Governance team regularly.
• Review and verify the accuracy of the time entered including verification of Planned Capacity vs Actuals timesheet booked.
• Follow up and ensure there is no Missing Timesheet.
• Provide support to DMs for any action closure from the review meetings.
• Data verification on all published reports.
• Liaise with Uni-T team for collaborative page maintenance.
• Track the Skills /TCCP compliance for the team.
• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), Log and Track Internal team Meeting actions.
• Collate and share the already identified best practices from their team to QA and PMO in order to standardize and roll out across Product.
• To co-ordinate with the DMs to identify the early adopters for CRs testing in tooling.
• New joiner induction, on boarding – Planning and tracking.
• Hand-over Take-over plan, documentation tracking.
• Training nominations for the team.
• Collecting nominations for employee recognition from the team for the DMs perusal.
• Handling HR related queries on Maternity, long leaves, working on Public Holidays.

SKILLS EXPERIENCE

• Education – Bachelor s degree or Master s or postgraduate degrees preferably, MBA
  Experience – 4 – 7 Years.
• Strong Communication Skills, Team Player.
• Strong knowledge in SDLC and MS Suite, especially Excel.
• Knowledge in JIRA, RTC, Salesforce – Added advantage.
• Excellent knowledge in Documentation and Document Management.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform data exploration exercises and develop data-driven story dashboards on modern BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) nice to have, not required.
• Flexibility in adapting to team requirements.
• Ensuring adherence to development standards, best practices.
• Ensuring high quality levels in all deliverables.
• Adhere to team s governing principles and policies.
• Participate in mandatory training and cross functions across team.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and zeal to acquire domain knowledge.
