Job Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram
- Creating, designing and developing data models using snowflake features SQL Scripts, Tasks, streams, procedures etc.
- Develop and prepare a schedule for a new data asset Administer all requirements and design various functional specifications for data
- Provide data support to BI Visualization Team for various Tableau/Sigma dashboards.
- Prepare various code designs and ensure efficient implementation of the same
- Evaluate all codes and ensure the quality of all project deliverables
- Monitor data warehouse work and provide subject matter expertise
What you will need for this position
- MCA/M.Tech/B.Tech /Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ Yrs. Experience in snowflake development.
Snowflake SQL Writing SQL queries against Snowflake Developing scripts , Python, etc. to do Extract, Load, and Transform data - Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities such as SnowSQL, Snow Pipe, Python, Tasks, Streams and stored procedures.
- In-depth understanding of Data Warehouse/ODS, ETL concept and modeling structure principles
- Experience in Data warehousing – OLTP, OLAP, Dimensions, Facts, and Data modeling.
- Good working knowledge of any ETL tool (Informatica or SSIS)
- Good to have familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau/Sigma)
- Ability to effectively function in a cross teams environment
- Good to have exposure to AWS / Data bricks ecosystem.
- Possesses excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Exhibits excellent analytical and logical ability.
- Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented and has the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment.
- Displays attention to detail, is deadline focused and has the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks at once.
- Good to have understanding of CI/CD Version Control Creation of technical documentation (GitHUB/ BitBucket etc.).
