Job Description :
- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for revenue generation/cross selling and gather requirements for data analysis
- Customer targeting, promotion effectiveness and churn prevention
- Analysis of business Trends, key patterns in business performance
- Predictive Analysis, Productivity Analysis, Competitive Analysis, Behavioural Analysis, Customer Analysis
- Maintain reporting systems and dashboards that support key decisions across all business verticals
- Good Understanding of the Financial Services Industry
Key Competencies :
- Data management skills (e.g. data modelling, data integrity QA/QC
- Good understanding of Machine Learning, should know how Predictive modelling (logistic regression, linear regression, etc.) works.
- Data Visualization and Analytics
- Advanced Excel or SQL
- Python, Tableau, Power BI as a plus
- Self-Driven and able to adapt to the organization’s dynamic business demands
- Able to coordinate with multiple teams, select few customers and vendors
