Job Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram, Delhi / NCR
• Plans, leads, and oversees all MIS operations, technology, and services.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
• Maintains records, logs, and metrics related to service and support provided.
Required Candidate profile
• Graduate/ PG with at least 3 years of experience in MIS, including at least 1 year experience in a TL role.
• Open to work in Night shifts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, VBA and SQL.
