We currently serviced some of the largest Corporates and Insurers for their healthcare needs.
Designation MIS Executive
Location – Mumbai
Qualifications: Graduate in any stream
Experience – Overall 3+ years work experience
Skill Required:
- Advanced Excel (V-lookup, H-lookup, Distinct, Count IF, and PIVOT).
- Strong track record of exceeding performance expectations.
- Good verbal and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize task(s) in a high volume, high stress environment.
- Ability to be proactive, detail oriented, and organized, with good follow-up skills.
- Good verbal spoken and written English.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of MIS Reports relating to Internal and Operations.
- Create and maintain Management reports including end-of-month, quarterly, and annual reports used by various departments.
- Involved in the calculation of the forecast errors, trends and reporting the same for the niche market.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Miscellaneous duties/projects as assigned
- Good insurance/call center domain knowledge
- Designing and delivery reports and insights to help analyze key financial and operational performance metrics
- Creating a culture of continuous learning and self-development
