Job Location: Pune
Duties and Responsibilities –
- Leading insurance & investment business application support by 24*7
- Managing Insurance and Investment business application system / platform with defined team structure mapped with each business unit
- Understand the key application and business stakeholders
- Understand the technology infrastructure and Application architecture end to end
- Daily collaboration with PMO Delivery Tech team Support & monitoring team for any system specific issue reporting and closure
- Define support framework for all issue reporting tracking closing
- Define monitoring framework for all Tech and Process KPIs failures
- Daily business and system specific issue / KPI breaches reporting to delivery stakeholders and closure
- Lead defect committee meeting with all delivery stakeholders (weekly / fortnightly)
- Making sure issue closure are in defined SLA and application running smooth
- No / Less escalation from business
- Manage Support and Monitoring team (Off Roll) Application update to all IT and Business stakeholders on weekly for Issues reported / KPIs breaches / Application up or down time
- Able to understand the platform in terms of Technology (Mobile & Website)
- Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services or Insurance & Investment Industry would be an added advantage
- ITIL Certification is must
- Ticketing System (Jira) Knowledge will added advantage Having Good experience of handling support team for multiapplication and systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent relationship skills
- Having Good understanding of Web and App based applications and interfaces
- Should have good understanding of Client/Server Architecture and of API Integration Methodologies
- Good Understanding of system integration and data layers
- Understanding of application backend – Oracle, Mongo, PostgreSQL (Any) Understanding of Java, PHP, SQL/PLSQL would be an added advantage
- High level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) Work exp of 4-6 years minimum Hands on experience on New Relic, ELK Kibana, GT Matrix and Google Analytics
