Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Consult and liaise with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements
2. Analyse and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved
3. Partner with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences and reduced cost and time impacts
4. Provide expert support to key stakeholders in managing system and process changes
5. Produce functional, technical and system design documentation
6. Conduct feasibility studies of applications and system solutions
7. Facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality roll-outs
8. Utilise and champion agile techniques to deliver on competing requirements

Secondary Responsibilities:

1. Stay abreast with global market trends and competitor strategies in key markets
2. Create test scenarios for applications and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are met
