As a part of Talent and Organization, in the Center for Data & Insights within Accenture Applied Intelligence, this position will help and grow the T&O pod on the solutions offering collated from market leads. Candidate will work on new Product Development, delivering insights, and coordinate with various Industry/ Function Insights teams to understand the analytical use cases and define data requirements to solve those use cases. This position requires ability to synthesize the data requirements, lead interactions with multiple senior level stakeholders across the Accenture organization. This position will leverage existing and develop new assets, and standardize the operating model to deliver the modules

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum undergraduate technical degree (B.E. / BTech/ equivalent) or post-graduation degree in Management, Economics or any quantitative field.
Experience:
•10+ years of experience in Research & Analytics roles, preferably in Consulting environment working on Talent Function. Experience in analytics delivery and business consulting along with 3+ years of experience in any specific domain E.g. CPG, Retail, FMCG, BFSI, Telecom, Healthcare, etc.
•Experience in design and review of new solution concepts and leading the delivery of high-impact analytics solutions and programs for global clients.
•Experience working with multiple business teams and understanding the data requirements, data availability across the enterprise and with external data ecosystem
•Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, strong problem-solving capabilities
•Should have exceptional experience in Internet search
•Must have excellent project/program management skills and have experience managing multiple work streams and projects at one time
