Job Description :
- Minimum of 4 years as Business Analyst for BFSI domain.
- Working experience in Retail Banking, Central Banking, Payments system like NEFT, RTGS & QPX and loan(LOS& LMS application) domain.
- Good understanding SDLC , STLC, Bug life cycle and Agile Methodology.Experience in requirement
- gathering, managing project schedule and participating in performance standards discussions.
- Experience in Create Business Requirement documents, Functional specification documents, Test
- Case/Test Condition documents and Test specification document.
- Experience in Requirement Gathering, Project management/coordination and attending the discussion with the stack holders for the new change requirements
- Creating user manuals and video tutorials for client requirement and training.
- Experience in understanding the Business requirements and converting into BRD (Requirement document).
- Experience in Co-ordinating with Business/Client and development team for functional clarification and defect discussion
- Experience in end user/Client UAT training activity
