Purpose of Position

Help Redmi Phones team to see insights and meaningful data through analysis. Collecting, storing and analysing large data sets to reduce business risks. Help business to take better decisions through predictive data modelling.

KEY ROLE

Manage End-to-End Business Analysis for Redmi Phones Business

Role & Responsibility

• Writing data collection & processing procedures. Ensuring data is being correctly gathered, stored and analyzed.
• Develop methodologies to improve data analysis, report data findings regularly
• Responsible for maintaining all Power BI dashboards with data accuracy
• Work with category team to create new BI dashboards for better business analysis
• Accountable for monitoring and releasing dashboard for key business health performance
• Preparation of Management Decks for weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews
• Monitor performance indicators, analyze trends, variances and identify issues
• Work closely with category team for scheme budget vs scheme utilization analysis
• Will be responsible to do data analysis for Projects with Business impact analysis
