Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru( HSR Layout )
Roles and Responsibilities –
- Conducting primary research by doing surveys within tight deadlines. The research data needs to be collected by making calls and doing field visits.
- Engage customers to get the necessary information in the most detailed manner.
- Probe whenever required to get the relevant data.
- Work on ad-hoc short-term data collection engagements within tight deadlines.
- Ensuring organization quality of data on each engagement
Desired Candidate Profile –
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must possess the ability to meet the stipulated quality of tasks and timelines
- Driven/Motivated about working in an entrepreneurial setup & eager to learn and take ownership of assignments.
- Graduates from any stream
- Experienced candidate on BPO/Tele-calling/Voice-Calling/Data Entry/Customer Support/KPO will be preferred
- Experience – 0 to 2 years
