Job Description

• Provide consulting & support to the stakeholders of ServiceNow.
• Drive design workshops across projects to translate the business requirements into specification documentation.
• Translate business and user requirements into User stories and work with technical development teams to have those implemented.
• Do basic testing on own before releasing system for User testing.
• Provide system demos to the users.
• Coordinate for the UAT testing with the stakeholders for receiving the UAT sign off.
• Work with other IT streams to improve the platform adoption and user experience of ServiceNow.
• Proactively Work on continual improvement initiatives to further improve the user experience.

Primary Skills

• Should have ITIL foundation certifications
• Should have basic exposure to the ServiceNow ITSM module
• Should have basic understanding of the ITSM processes and foundation data management
• Should have basic understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management and change management processes.

Secondary Skills

• Should have an understanding of overall platform features
• Knowledge of additional modules like Sec Ops, GRC, HR Service Delivery will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of CMDB and CSDM will be added advantage
