Are you the one we are looking for?


We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Consultant, Exposure Management.


In this role, you will be using client data to model exposures using 3rd party applications (RMS, AIR etc). Key output of this process is a summary of exposures and technical price to underwriters. Key steps this process involves Scrubbing of Exposure data, Applications of financial terms & conditions and Modeling of data & publishing results.


Responsibilities


    Submission review – Checking for completeness of data submitted by underwriters and following-up with underwriters (as required) for e.g. RDM, EDM, slip etc.


    Understanding of Insurance/ Reinsurance layer/ CAT structure


    Ability to read & interpret slip to identify analysis to be run for modelling


    Application of financial terms/ treaties as per slip


    Merging of analysis to calculate overall exposure in the portfolio


    Prepare results, RDS, Net Pre CAT, Reinsurance Net Loss, AALs etc. & share with UWs


    Run SQL scripts to perform day to day process steps


Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications


    Graduate in quantitative sciences


    Significant experience in CAT modeling including experience in Reinsurance Treaty Modelling


    Working knowledge of AIR (mandate)/RMS (preferred)


    Proficiency in MS Excel


    Basic understanding of SQL


Preferred Qualifications


    Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and SQL preferred


    Excellent analytical ability


    High speed of execution


    Good Communication skills
